<br /> RFP # 23-05-02 26 <br /> <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />18070 Collins Ave. | Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 <br />305.792.1707 | sibfl.net | Purchasing@sibfl.net <br />Section 4 <br />Evaluation Process <br /> <br />4.1 Review of Proposals For Responsiveness <br /> <br />Each proposal will be reviewed to determine if the proposal is responsive to the submission <br />requirements outlined in the solicitation. A responsive proposal is one which follows the <br />requirements of this solicitation that includes all documentation, is submitted in the format <br />outlined in this solicitation, is of timely submission, and has the appropriate signatures as <br />required on each document. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the <br />proposal being deemed non-responsive. The contract will be awarded to the lowest <br />responsible and responsive proposer whose proposal best serves the interest of and <br />represents the best values to the City in conformity with Section 62-8 of the Code of <br />Ordinances of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />4.2 Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated on the criteria listed below. <br /> <br />Technical Qualifications <br /> <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (MQRs) – this criterion has <br />no points. If your Firm does not provide all the required MQRs <br />information, your Firm’s proposal will not be reviewed/evaluated, and <br />your Firm’s submission will be disqualified. <br /> <br />MAXIMUM <br />POTENTIAL POINTS <br />1. Firm’s Qualifications Experience with Governmental Entities <br />To include years of municipal experience, ability, capacity and skill <br />of firm(s), whether the firm is a certified minority business <br />enterprise, and adequacy of personnel to perform, including <br />timeliness, stability and availability and licenses. <br />30 <br />2. Size, Condition and Location of the Fleet <br />Evaluation committee may must conduct a site-visit within 24-hour <br />notice to the firm’s lot as part of the evaluation. <br />20 <br />3. Resources and Availability (Equipment, as listed in Attachment B) <br />Please provide a complete listing of equipment and vehicles that <br />will be utilized by Contractor during the provision of services as <br />described in this solicitation. <br />20 <br />4. Approach to the Project <br />What steps will your organization take to ensure that the transition <br />and implementation for the Services runs smoothly. <br />10 <br />5.
