(KEITH) <br />.Fe+i34, 2922 <br />April 6, 2022 <br />WORK AUTHORIZATION NO. # 03 <br />TASK ORDER NO. (CITY No. TBD) PROJECT NO.11723.03 (KEITH) <br />PROJECT NAME: Town Center Park Upgrades <br />Project Location: 17200 Collins Ave., Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 <br />PROJECT <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach (CITY/OWNER/CLIENT) has requested that KEITH <br />(CONSULTANT) provide Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture professional services for <br />improvement upgrades to the existing Town Center Park. <br />The existing park property is identified within Folio #31-2211-001-0290 and is owned by the City <br />of Sunny Isles. The overall property is approximately 3.5 acres. The portion of the property that <br />will be developed as part of these improvements is limited to the western portion of the park <br />(outlined in red) consisting of approximately 0.4 acres. <br />The existing park property is located on the northwest corner of 172nd Street and Collins Avenue <br />(S.R. AIA). <br />The proposed upgrades to the existing park, based on the Conceptual Master Plan provided by the <br />CITY (prepared by O'Leary Richards Design Associates) consists of the following: <br />1. Landscape improvements <br />a. Up to eight (8) large canopy shade trees. <br />b. Cabbage palms. <br />c. Sculped berms. <br />2. Hardscape Improvements <br />a. New decorative concrete sidewalk with exposed aggregate shell. <br />b. Paver plaza. <br />c. (2) Existing shade structure frames with new canopies. <br />d. (1) Commissioned Sculpture with Water Feature and Lighting. Designed by Others. <br />e. (1) "Muse" Sculpture with Lighting. <br />3. Existing building with new fagade treatment. <br />Per the CLIENT, the following professional services are to be included in the proposal: <br />1. Civil Engineering by KEITH <br />2.
