<br />Mr. Sergio R. Serrano, P.E. has been a mechanical engineer since 1992 and has since acquired
<br />an Immense amount of experience in his respective discipline. He has been involved in all
<br />phases of the design and construction process. Ai an Associate /Project Manager for Lows J.
<br />Aguirre 8 Associates, PA., Mr. Serrano is responsible for client relations, management and
<br />roadwtion, site /facdhy analysis, researching and knplementing the most beneficial
<br />Meianical Design Concepts, project design, contract administration and observation of
<br />systems' installation, testing and perfoma race for major projects.
<br />Mr. Serrano has developed his design and project management skills related to educational,
<br />commercial and airport facilities. He has performed and supervised Mechanical system
<br />assessments for condition, code compliance, problem solving and upgrade. He has also
<br />performed plan reviews and prepared Design Criteria Documents. Mr. Serrano was Project
<br />Manager and Mechanical Engineer towards the $74 Million dollar parsing garage project that
<br />also provided an additional 60,000 sf of retail spaces to serve the much awaited Florida Marlins'
<br />new ballpark sodium that brought excitement to MiamirDade and Broward Counties.
<br />He 6 the Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer involvetl with the master planning and
<br />implementation to the Miami Senior High Restoration, Renovators. Rertodeeng and New
<br />Addition Project that invoked maintaining the school's historical features and bee inty while
<br />accentuating new more technically advanced characteristics to the school's surface and
<br />standards for modem use. It encompassed a 150,000 sf of new, co struction & 252,000 sf of
<br />rehabilitation while bringing the school up to codes and so lards. The scoots face IEt and
<br />rehab8iution occurred while the school remained open throughout the various phases and
<br />processes. Additionally, Mr. Serrano was the project manager Hat provided all lye Mechanical
<br />(WAC) portions of the master planning documentation and obsemtions of the various
<br />campuses and centers for Broward College. He has full comprehension and understanding of
<br />the, State Requirements for Educational Facilities ISREFI, Chapter 235 Florida Statutes, Florida
<br />Budding Codes and Public Approvals.
