<br />Mr. Mario Pazos, P.E. has over 30 years of experience in the electrical engineering profession,
<br />inclusive of electrical design and construction phase inspection for industrial, commercial,
<br />educat'vul and residential facilities in Cuba and South Florida. He has particular expertise in
<br />the design of power lighting, fire alarms, grounding, lightning and other electrical systems. He
<br />has worked oo individual projects and consulting contracts bwolviog new construction,
<br />additions and improvements to different types of facitiues. Mr. Farm is familiar with lag
<br />applicable codes and regulations.
<br />As Associate /Project Manager for Louis I. Aguirre & Associates, PA, Mr. Pazos is responsible for
<br />client relations, management and coordination, site/faodity analysis, researching and
<br />implementing the most beneficial Electrical Design Concepts, project design, contract
<br />administration and observation of systems' installation, testing and performance for major
<br />projects. He has performed and supervised Electrical system evaLations for condition, code
<br />compliance, problem solving and upgrade. He has also performed pan reviews and prepared
<br />Design Criteria Documents.
<br />Mr. Paros is the head Electrical Engineer involved in the re -design of the construction
<br />documents towards the 396 Alhambra building a 15 -story mixed -use terant/reta8 facility
<br />situated along Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables containing two towers. Both Lowers were
<br />developed to ascertain LIED certification. The North tower is pre- qua8ipd GOLD and the
<br />south tower was processed to ascertain Silver rating. Adi iddrally, Mr. Pazos has worked in the
<br />capacity of project manager for many of our continuing miscellaneous contracts for both Miami
<br />Dade College, City of Miami and many other clients. He has full ommmehension and
<br />understanding of the State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF), Chapter 235 Florida
<br />Statutes, Florida Building Codes and Public Approvals. He was the electrical engineer who has
<br />designed many of the renovations as of ate serving many of the Miami -Dade College campuses.
