Facilities included pump <br />stations, fire stations, public works yard, Miami Beach Golf Club and the Convention Center. <br />6 <br />® Continuing Contract for General Environmental Engineering Services, City of Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida <br />— Ms. Locke is the contract manager for this continuing services contract for general environmental engineering consulting <br />services for the City of Fort Lauderdale. Services conducted to date include emergency response during construction of a fire <br />0 station; Phase I and Phase II ESAs / opinion of post landfill closure costs; endangered species surveys; burrowing owl permitting <br />® and relocation; benthic (seagrass) surveys; and indoor air quality I asbestos surveys. Some services have been provided to <br />assist in ensuring environmental compliance for LAP projects. <br />Sistrunk Boulevard Streetscape and Enhancement, City of Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida — Originally slated <br />as a stimulus project where funds were being disbursed through FOOT District Four, Ms. Locke conducted a Level 2 <br />assessment of a 1.25-mile corridor streetscepe enhancement project located in the heart of the City of Fort Lauderdale CRA. <br />Testing included Maintenance of Traffic, private utility location and collection of 36 soil and groundwater samples for laboratory <br />analysis. Data was compiled and reported, and environmental notestbid specification language was developed for bidding <br />purposes. Ms. Locke also engaged the CRA in avoidance and minimization considerations and assisted the CRA with managing <br />risks associated with environmental issues during concoction. <br />® <br />Pre- Demolition Asbestos Surveys for Low Level Bridges, City of Fort Lauderdale — Ms. Locke was the project manager <br />for asbestos surveys on three bridges in Fort Lauderdale. The survey scope and reports were coordinated with FOOT District <br />0 <br />Four POEM Department stag in order to satisfy FOOT requirements and project needs, as FOOT was providing funding for the <br />0 <br />demolition and reconstruction of these bridges. <br />Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency Continuing Contract for Environmental Engineering Services, <br />® <br />City of Pompano Beach, Broward County, Florida — Ms. Locke is the contract manager for E Sciences' continuing services <br />contract with the Pompano Beach CRA. Through this contract, E Sciences conducted Phase I and 11 Environmental Site <br />Assessments for several parcels in preparation for the CRA's redevelopment planning. Ms. Locke is working with the CRA to <br />® <br />consider options on how to safely manage construction on a solid waste disposal site and is preparing environmental <br />0 <br />documentation to satisfy NEPA on a LAP project. <br />0 <br />Environmental Review and Permitting for LAP Project for NW 36" Avenue Pedestrian Enhancement Project, Pompano <br />® <br />Beach, Florida — Ms. Locke is the project manager for conducting an environmental screening memo and environmental <br />® <br />permitting for the this FOOT- funded bicycle and pedestrian enhancement project. As part of the review, E Sciences is preparing <br />the environmental notes to be included in the constructability. <br />0 <br />Environmental Review for LAP Project for Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Pompano Beach, Florida — Ms. Locke is the <br />project manager for conducting an environmental screening memo for the this FDOT- funded roadway improvement project for <br />the City of Pompano Beach. This project is part of a roadway improvement for a condor that extends beyond the City's <br />0 <br />boundaries and is known as the Education Corridor. As part of the review, E Sciences prepared the environmental notes to be <br />B <br />included in the constructalnlity plans. <br />River Oaks Preserve Stormwater Park, City of Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida — The purpose of the project is <br />to create a passive stormwater park with wetland features to relieve flooding in the River Oaks neighborhood and provide <br />recreational use for local residents. Ms. Locke provided engineering support for the wetland delineation and tree survey, master <br />® <br />site planning, and permitting for this stormwater park. She also assisted with the development of a summary of funding and grant <br />® <br />opportunities for the project.
