("BA') and I take this opportunity to provide <br />you some additional information, which may be useful during your review of the firm. <br />The firm strives to keep us informed of any progress and status of each assigned projecL BA personnel is <br />courteous and responds to requests in a timely manner using a variety of methods including, but not <br />limited to, telephone calls (regular and cells), e- mails, mail, and in person (meetings or periodic visits} <br />The firm is very familiar with our Agency's needs and/or assigned project(s) and has demonstrated a <br />comprehensive knowledge of our present infrastructure. This is the result of working together and <br />combining forces every step of the way. The firm has assisted the CRA in implementing specific services <br />aimed at meeting State and Comity requirements. <br />It is our belief the firm is widely knowledgeable of governmental funding avenues, i.e. SFWMD, FEMA <br />etc., and at the present time, the firm is assisting the CRA to obtain a series of permits and licenses for a <br />sizable venture. <br />The firm is presently under contract to provide professional services (i.e., civil engineering, architectural <br />landscaping, lighting, site planning, to name a few) as a prime or sub-consultant for the following <br />projects: <br />• East Atlantic Boulevard (prime, $1,000,000.00) — Roadway /Streetscape Design including <br />widening sidewalks, additional drainage, narrow existing roadways, widening landscape medians. <br />• Harbor Village (prime, $1,000,000.00) — Civil and Architectural Landscape Design including <br />widening sidewalks, additional drainage, reconfiguration of an existing public parking facility, <br />landscape plans. <br />• Pompano Beach Boulevard (sub - consultant, $7,000,000.00) — Civil and Architectural Landscape <br />Design including widening sidewalks, reconfiguration of an existing public roadway, beach plaza <br />and on- street parking facilities. <br />• Collier City (prime, $110,000.00) — Planning services for a Neighborhood Plan to identify needs, <br />funding sources, etc. <br />ns <br />
