We recently <br />completed construction on two parcels for our Intracoastal Park system and have <br />just started construction on a third and final phase at the Arlen House. Bermello <br />Ajamil & Partners. Inc. (B&A) has been integral to these projects and they continue <br />to provide professional services of the highest caliber oftentimes under what is often <br />very difficult or nearly impossible deadlines. <br />On these projects, the B&A Team assisted the City from the initial conceptual site <br />Jane A. Hines planning phase and renderings through to the final bid /construction documents and <br />City Clerk, CMC project closeout. They provided Construction Administration services for the <br />completed parks and are under contract for the final phase. Under all phases of <br />services, they have always been very responsive to our needs and requirements. <br />The completed parks opened on time and have been very well received from the <br />public, City management and elected officials. My experience with B&A throughout <br />these projects has been outstanding and the work produced by the team not only <br />met, but exceeded our expectations. Their expertise and available professional <br />resources is very impressive. <br />In addition to the experience with Sunny Isles Beach, my professional experience <br />working with B&A extends back many years before my tenure at Sunny Isles Beach <br />when I was with another municipality in Florida. At that time, Randy Hollingworth, <br />Director of their Landscape Architecture Department worked with me on the <br />development of another community park.
