The new community <br />Client: City of Deerfield Beach center was inserted into the existing 2.16 acre triangular park to <br />accommodate a variety of community based functions. <br />The main multi - purpose space can be divided into (2) two <br />separate spaces that accommodate a variety of uses at <br />the some time. The facility has a dedicated service area <br />for catering. The park already has adequate parking and <br />utilities to accommodate the new building: site improvements <br />includes additional landscaping, new sidewalks to the building <br />(main entry / front and a separate service / back of house) <br />and new shade over the existing playground area.
