QUALIFICATIONS <br />EXPERIENCE <br />C <br />North Shore Park B &A prepared the master plan for North Shore Park and <br />Master Plan Implementation provided full architectural design and civil engineering services <br />Miami Beach, Florida for the redevelopment of this 17.22 acre facility and 20,000 SF <br />Community Center. <br />Client: City of Miami Beach <br />B &A's design consisted of a 2 -story Youth Center which houses <br />a large multi- purpose room with hardwood stage that caters to <br />afterschool programs and other activities, a gym and a regulation <br />high school basketball court with full locker rooms and showers. <br />The park has 12 tennis courts with an adjacent tennis /pro shop, <br />a practice court and a maintenance garage. Ten of the courts <br />are green clay hydro -courts and 2 hard courts for handicapped <br />players. The park also offers 2 shuffleboard courts with shade <br />structure and 2 baseball fields with dugouts and clay infields. <br />Cba ...
