0 <br />O <br />0 <br />QUALIFICATIONS <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Public Safety Complex Due Diligence Report <br />Pompano Beach. Florida The scope of this project called for the preparation of a due <br />diligence report pertaining to exterior fapade improvements <br />Client: City of Pompano Beach to the 70,000 square foot existing public safety complex <br />that included the assessment of the existing exterior building <br />conditions to understand the key problems related to the exterior <br />"skin ", finish, fenestration waterproofing, etc. BB,A provided final <br />recommendations for improvements to the exterior facade and <br />a cost estimate for said improvements. <br />Exterior Building and Site Improvements <br />This project consisted of the implementation of the recommended <br />exterior facade improvements from the original due diligence <br />report to correct existing conditions, minimize regular required <br />maintenance and extend the life of the exterior "skin" of the public <br />safety complex. Additional consideration to exterior landscaping, <br />lighting, and aesthetics will be included in this scope.
