Cresthaven Community Center Site Identification and Evaluation Analysis, Pompano Beach, Florida - Project Manager. working in
<br />close cooperation with City of Pompano Beach Staff. B &A identified program needs for a future Cresthaven Community Center;
<br />identification of potential sites to house the facility; and an evaluation of the site characteristics with the formulation of an evaluation
<br />matrix for site selection and final preferred site recommendation. The City proceeded to acquire the recommended site based on
<br />the study carried out.
<br />31st Avenue 10 Acres Site Community Recreation Evaluation Analysis, Pompano Beach, Florida - Project Manager. B &A evaluated
<br />site conditions and needs to house a major football recreation facility in a 10 acres site to be ceded to the City as part of a larger
<br />development agreement. B &A carried out site engineering analyses, site access analyses, and developed a series of design options
<br />to address site access, parking and facility location.
<br />DECOMAP ColBer Neighborhood Development Master Plan, Pompano Beach, Florida - Project Manager. Development of a community
<br />driven master plan to serve as a roodmap for neighborhood improvements. The Master Plan addressed streetscape improvements,
<br />housing improvements, recreational facilities improvements and created a prioritized list of projects based on a neighborhood survey
<br />that expressed community needs and preferences.
<br />® Town Center Master Plan, Coconut Creek, Florida - Project Manager for the Master Plan for 148 strategically located green field
<br />® acres. The project addressed incorporating environmental analyses, roadway infrastructure requirements, identification of regulatory
<br />constraints, and the identification of market and economic trends that would influence the future development of the site. A market
<br />® analysis was carried out by Lambert Advisory to define general demand for different uses, residential, commercial, office and civic uses.
<br />This process was carried out to also to define design parameters that should guide the commercial element of project development.
<br />® From the program established, and in cooperation with the City of Coconut Creek Sustainable Development staff. B &A prepared a
<br />series of design options based on different development intensities. Two workshops were held with elected officials and residents to
<br />® evaluate the development direction and establish consensus on the project. Subsequently, as a recommendation of the study, the
<br />® City acquired properties to become an important player in project development and ascertain the desired development direction.
<br />City Wide Master Plan, Hollywood, Florida - Carried out all the urban design analysis and is responsible for the development of the
<br />0 Urban Design Element of the Master Plan. Directed the urban design component of the city -wide master plan. Analysis of the
<br />different sectors that comprise Hollywood assessed the problems and opportunities in each area.

<br />Urban Design Consultant, Homestead, Florida - Acted as the City's Urban Design consultant to the Planning and Zoning Board from
<br />2002 to 2007. Mr. Sanchez was responsible for the urban design review of all new developments in the City which was mostly east of
<br />the Homestead Extension of the Florida Turnpike. Other City projects that Mr. Sanchez directed included:

<br />New Orleans Neighborhoods Rebuilding Plan -A Strategy for Reconstruction, New Orleans, Louisiana - Project Manager for the
<br />preparation of the project approach and directed the development of research, plans and community outreach. This complex
<br />planning effort involved planning for 48 different areas of one of the major metropolitan areas in the United States and one with
<br />historic significance. The Neighborhood Rebuilding Plan strategy for reconstruction
<br />State Road 7 Multimodal Station Area Planning and Design, Broward County, Florida - Development of the analyses and plans for the
<br />design of the State Road 7 Busway North Broward Station planning and design, including analysis of surrounding context area, bus
<br />access, proposed residential and office joint use development, and ancillary parking facilities.
