<br />Mr. Feuer has over 20 years of experience in architecture and interior architecture for a variety of
<br />clients, including government, commercial office, parks, and hospitality facilities. He has served
<br />as project manager coordinating project teams and engineering consultants from project
<br />inception through implementation. One of Mr. Ferrer's primary responsibilities is to ensure that all
<br />projects developed at B &A go through our rigorous document review and coordination process.
<br />He, along with his team of professionals, reviews all projects for completion, correctness, and
<br />compliance with established design criteria and governing codes.
<br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
<br />Morgan Levy Park & Community Center, Doral, Florida - QA/QC. Reviewed an design and
<br />construction documentation relating to the renovation of this 14-acre Park which incorporates an
<br />active and passive community center including tennis courts, a recreation building and a parking
<br />lot. Scope of work included plan development, design documents, maintenance standards and
<br />assistance in the bidding and negotiation phases as well as administration of construction.
<br />Wlttkop Park Master Plan, Homestead, Florida - QA /QC. Redevelopment of a 2.5 acre park
<br />located in the City of Homestead, Florida. The park includes two basketball courts, toddler and
<br />pre teen playground areas, two handball courts, a walking trail and restroom facilities. This is
<br />the second neighborhood park.
<br />James Archer Smith Park, Homestead, Florida - QA /QC - Reviewed all design and construction
<br />documentation relating to this project. Scope of work included Planning, landscaping and
<br />architectural designs to renovate and revitalize 4.73 -acre park. Includes a splash pod, pinic
<br />shelters and fitness station.
<br />Solvadore Park and Tennis Center Improvements, Coral Gables, Florida - Provided programming,
<br />park master planning, schematic design and construction documentation for this tennis center
<br />and public park located in Coral Gables, Florida. The facility has 13 tennis courts including eight
<br />clay courts and five hard /asphalt courts and a tennis center that houses restrooms, showers and
<br />a tennis pro-shop. In addition, the park features a picnic pavilion, playground, tot lot, picnic
<br />area and street furniture.
<br />Athalie Range Park Improvements, Miami, Florida - Provided architectural and engineering
<br />services for the development of construction documents, bid /negotiations and construction
<br />administration. The project scope included the remodeling of the existing pool facility, including
<br />office, bathrooms, pool and pool equipment.
<br />Flodda Department of Transportation (FOOT) District 4, Amtrak Station Historic Rehabilitation, Fort
<br />Lauderdale, Florida - QA /QC. Performed quality control services associated with the Rehabilitation/
<br />Repair /Restoration of the Historic Ft. Lauderdale Amtrak Train Station in Broward County.
<br />Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (MDX) Headquarters, Miami, Florida - Project Manager
<br />responsible for all phases of this project, from initial conceptual design through construction
<br />phase. This awardwinning 14,000 SF building was designed to house a stateaf -the -art traffic
<br />center, a boardroom and general office space. The existing one -story building was modified
<br />to create a gateway into the new building and operated uninterrupted during construction.
<br />Miami International Airport, MIA Mover Automated People Mover, Miami, Florida - As the Design
<br />Review Coordinator for the Construction Services Team jFFCSTj, Mr. Feuer leads a team of
<br />architects and engineers performing design reviews of the design -build team's documents of
<br />the fixed facilities design of this $259 million project which includes the People Mover Station,
<br />Guideway and Traction Power Sub - Station currently under construction. As the Owner's
<br />representatives, Mr. Feuer and his team reviewed all design and construction documentation
<br />including Architectural, MEP, Structural. Civil and Landscape Architecture drawings. RFls.
<br />calculations, schedule, pay applications, waivers, and change orders.
