Q: What was the dollar value of the contract? <br />A: The total construction cost was 51,721,270.25 (inclusive of change orders) <br />4. Q: Have there been any change orders, and if so how many? <br />A: There were a total of two (2) change orders. <br />5. Q: Do they perform on a timely basis as required by the agreement? <br />A: The Department's agreement was with the Architect of Record (AOR); SRS timely performed for everything required of <br />them. <br />' 6.
