Q: What was the scope or work/services assigned to Bidder? <br />A: SRS was the Civil Engineer of Record for the project (working for the Architect). The project consisted <br />' of the construction of a pedestrian/bike path, access road, canoe ramp, and parking lot. <br />3. Q: What was the dollar value of the contract? <br />A: The total construction cost was 51,721,270.25 (inclusive of change orders) <br />4. Q: Have there been any change orders, and if so how many? <br />A: There were a total of two (2) change orders. <br />5. Q: Do they perform on a timely basis as required by the agreement? <br />A: The Department's agreement was with the Architect of Record (AOR); SRS timely performed for everything required of <br />them. <br />' 6. Q: Was the project manager easy to get in contact with? <br />A: Yes. PM made himself available as needed and perform multiple site visits requested under short notifications. <br />7.
