HADONNE also offers <br />11iJ `Subsurface Utility Engineering <br />(S.U.E.) and Utility Coordination as <br />its core services. We have valuable <br />experience working as a Sub - Consultant for the last <br />twelve (12) years and we are very familiar with the <br />District's survey staff and methodologies. Our office is <br />located just five minutes away from the District's once <br />and is designated as a Disadvantaged Business En- <br />terprise (DBE). <br />rganization and QA 1 OC Procedures: The <br />following is a synopsis of our project approach for <br />our Quality Assurance I Quality Control Plan. Our <br />organizational chart illustrates the responsibilities of <br />the personnel to be assigned to each task, along with <br />the reporting relationships between them. As an inno- <br />vative Surveying and Mapping firm, we bring an orga- <br />nized management approach to this contract. Our high <br />standards are maintained through a practical and <br />effective project management program that includes <br />the following Quality Assurance and Quality Control <br />processes. <br />coding Principles: The OA I OC program's ob- <br />jective is to provide surveying and mapping re- <br />sults, based on sound principles and practices. These <br />principles and practices are based on the highest <br />standards to ensure that the final work produced ad- <br />dresses the scope of services and has been reviewed <br />every step of the process. The program is based on <br />the following four key principles: <br />Retailed Approach: Quality is achieved by having <br />detailed planning, coordination, supervision and <br />direction. <br />onstant Project Supervision: Quality is con- <br />trolled through daily checking and reviewing of <br />the companies activities by each designated staff. <br />Rormal QA 1 QC Evaluations: Quality is verified by <br />aving the Manager perform formal OA/QC of the <br />processes of the performed work at regular designated <br />intervals. <br />Active Principal Participation and Oversight: <br />Quality is assured through hands on oversight <br />and independent reviews by the Principals, of the <br />overall processes, at regular intervals. <br />By emphasizing safety and technical training with all <br />our survey staff, we instill a work ethic that promotes <br />personal responsibility and the aspiration to perform <br />quality work. It is through this multi4ayer approach <br />that, HADONNE can guarantee prompt, professional <br />service on survey tasks assigned to our firm. <br />nnovation: Over the years we have developed a <br />reputation of being innovators, receiving positive <br />feedbacks every time we have proposed the use of <br />new technology. For example, we combined using <br />GPS, TDS Data Collectors, Ground Penetrating Radar <br />(GPR) and 3D Laser Scanners (High Definition Sur- <br />veys) on a project. The Final Deliverable included: <br />underground utility lines in 3D together with the Topo <br />and OTM. This enabled the Client to accurately Design <br />eliminating future construcfion conflicts. At HADONNE <br />PERS <br />we are constantly researching new efficient and accu- <br />rate methods of surveying the above ground and un- <br />derground conditions, all in the pursuit of the ultimate <br />deliverable, a '3D Virtual Representation of the <br />existing conditions`. <br />Land Development: Over the past 12 years <br />HADONNE has successfully recorded over 50 <br />plats; for residential, commercial, and government <br />agencies. Our staff includes several Land Platting <br />experts. We have assisted a number of our Developer <br />Clients with A to Z services; from the inspection peri- <br />od, land acquisition process, coordination of utility <br />availability, ALTA I ACSM Land Title Surveys for real <br />estate closings, Site Plan preparation working in con- <br />junction with the Architect and Engineer, Special Tax- <br />ing Petition Filing, CDD filing, Tentative / Preliminary <br />Plat Preparation and Expedi ing, and lastly, Final Plat <br />preparation expediting and recording. <br />HADONNE is a well -known firm within the Miami -Dade <br />County Land Development Section; we encourage you <br />to contact any member of their staff for reference. We <br />have developed a very close relationship with all mem- <br />bers of Miami -Dade Counyt s Plat Committee, these <br />relationships have taken time to establish and our <br />ability to work with these individuals on a consistent <br />basis encouraged an open line of communication. <br />HADONNE currently serves as the City Surveyor for <br />the Town of Medley, City of Doral, Village of Pinecresl, <br />and Town of Cutler Bay. One of our duties is to review <br />all Tentative Plats, Final Plats, and Waiver of Plats; in <br />addifion, we have also completed Plats for the City of <br />Doral as well as the Town of Cutler Bay. <br />HADONNE has developed an internal tracking system <br />that allows our Project Surveyor to know with certainty <br />the status of the Plat Review and Approval Process at <br />any given moment.
