Team's Organization <br />SRS Engineering, Inc. shall be the responsible for the overall coordination and management <br />of projects assisted to our Team. SRS will coordinate the work of our subconsultants and <br />oversee and review their work products. SRS will be the design firm, responsible for the <br />project management and design of projects and the preparation of all the construction <br />documents and support services. SRS will also be providing construction phase services <br />including periodic site inspections and document control. <br />Our Team will be led by Mr. Ignacio Serralta, P.E., who will serve as Principal -In- Charge. <br />Mr. Serralta will be personally overseeing the management of the project and coordinating <br />between the Town and the SRS Team. Mr. Serralta will be your key point of contact and <br />seeing that Town's requirements are met is his main responsibility. <br />Our Senior Project Manager will be Mr. Oliverio Sanchez, P.E. He will be in charge of the <br />day to day management of the project including overseeing all design and construction phase <br />services, reviewing quality control and quality assurance, project scheduling and costs, and <br />preparation of all work products. Mr. Sanchez will be assisted and supported by Mr. Jean - <br />Claude Fontaneau, our Senior Project Engineer.
