eTeam's Organization Our Team will be led by Mr. Ignacio Serralta, P.E., who will serve as Principal -In- Charge. Mr. Serralta is the President of the firm and sole owner. He has over twenty -five years of experience in civil engineering planning, design, and management for a wide range of public works, site development, and infrastructure projects. Mr. Serralta will be personally 1 overseeing the management of the assigned projects and coordinating between the City and the SRS Team. Mr. Serralta will be your key point of contact. 1 Our Senior Project Manager will be Mr. Oliverio Sanchez, P.E. Mr. Sanchez has over thirty - three years of experience in project management and engineering design for both public and private sectors in Central and South Florida, Mexico, the Caribbean and Spain, in fields such as land development and site planning, airport work on both landside and airside, port and marina developments, municipal engineering, storm water management and drainage engineering, roadway engineering, construction management, field supervision, and quality control. His extensive municipal project experience has provided him with broad knowledge in project coordination, dealing with governmental agencies and plan approvals and processing. Mr. Sanchez was the project manager on several City of Sunny Isles Beach projects including Bella Vista Park, Collins Avenue Beautification, and Arlen House 1 Streetscape. Our Design Project Manager will be Mr. Jean - Claude Fontaneau, who has fourteen years of experience in civil engineering design. He has been responsible for the planning and design of a variety of municipal and site development projects. Mr. Fontaneau is primarily responsible for the engineering design and preparation of plans and specifications including the design of pump stations, water and sanitary sewer pipelines, site development projects, roadway improvements, and storm drainage systems. Mr. Fontaneau was the project manager in charge of the design of several municipal projects including NW 138th Street Roadway and Drainage Improvements, NW 97th Avenue Roadway Improvements, Miller Road Widening and several municipal site improvement projects including parks, marinas and community centers. Our Structural Engineer will be Gisela Rey, P.E. Ms. Rey has over 25 years of experience in design, planning and management of structural engineering projects for port facilities, including docks, fender systems, harbor crane supports, wharf extensions, mega cruise ship terminals and canal stabilization. Among her recent experience is the seawall replacement at Archeological Tequesta Circle in Miami River. Responsibilities included design and construction document preparation. Our principals and project managers are further supported by a staff is a highly motivated, experienced group of professionals including engineers, designers, construction managers, field inspectors and support staff.
