Jean - Claude Fontaneau Project Manager _ mss. Mr. Jean - Claude Fontaneau has over 17 years of experience in civil engineering design. He has been in charge of the planning and design of a variety of municipal and site development projects. Mr. Fontaneau is primarily responsible for the engineering design and preparation of plans and specifications including the design of roadway improvements, storm drainage systems, water and sanitary sewer pipelines, pump stations and site development projects. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Mr. Jean - Claude Fontaneau's major recent responsibilities include: Roadway Design • Project Engineer responsible for overseeing the design, preparation of construction documents, plan permitting, and pre- construction phase support services to the City of Hialeah for the construction W. 36th Avenue between N.W. 138th Street and N.W. 154th Street. The total length ' of project was approximately 5,400 linear feet and consisted of a 100' wide, 4 -lane roadway with center median. The Project tasks included meeting with City of Hialeah staff and local regulatory agencies to establish design guidelines, conduct a utility search and identification of existing utilities and traffic controls, and review roadway design standards; designed and preparation of ' construction documents for the project that included the preparation of summary of quantities, roadway plan and profiles, roadway drainage, signage and marking plans, roadway lighting, MOT plan, specifications, and engineer's estimate of probable construction cost. Other responsibilities 1 included coordinating all topographical surveys and geotechnical investigations, and all environmental studies including wetland mitigation reports and preparation of ERP permit. Permitting included all applicable regulatory agencies including City of Hialeah, SFWMD, COE, DERM, and MDPWD. • Design Engineer responsible for the design, preparation of construction documents, plans permitting, and provide pre- construction phase support services to the City of Hialeah for the ' construction of W. 36th Avenue (N.W. 97th Ave) between W. 84th Street (N.W. 138th Street) to W. 76th Street. The total length of project was approximately 2,600 linear feet. The new roadway requirements included a minimum of 100' wide roadway with center median. • Design Engineer responsible for the engineering design work for Miami -Dade County Public Works Department for the widening of Miller Drive between SW 152nd Avenue and SW 158th Avenue (3,250 LF). 1 Design Engineer responsible for the engineering design work for the reconstruction of several existing local roadways within the City of Hialeah. The total length of the projects was approximately 26 miles of roadways. ' Water and Sewer Installations ' • City of Hialeah, Annexation Area — Water and Sewer Master Plan including design of 24" force main and 36" water main extensions. City of Hialeah, Annexation Area — Design of 36" Transmission Water Main and 16" Distribution Water Main along NW 97 `" Avenue to serve the Annexation Area.
