Design Engineer for the design of a ±10 -acre (402 parking <br />' spaces) commercial shopping center development. Civil engineering design work including layout <br />design, on -site paving, grading and drainage, water and sewer systems, stormwater management <br />retention areas and modeling of vehicle turning movements using Autoturn. Responsibilities also <br />' consisted of contracting and coordinating all topographical surveys, geotechnical investigations, <br />environmental studies and preparation of ERP permit with DERM and SFWMD. <br />• Silver Palms Publix Shopping Center. Design Engineer for the design of a ±10 -acre (329 parking <br />spaces) commercial shopping center development. Civil engineering design work included layout <br />' design, on -site paving, grading and drainage, water and sewer systems, stormwater management <br />retention areas and modeling of vehicle turning movements using Autoturn. Responsibilities also <br />consisted of contracting and coordinating all topographical surveys, geotechnical investigations, <br />' environmental studies and preparation of ERP permit with DERM and SFWMD. <br />Industrial Facility <br />• Design Engineer for the design of Liebheer Facility — 10 Acres. Civil engineering design work <br />including layout design, on -site paving, grading and drainage, water and sewer systems, storm <br />water management retention with the excavation of a lake. Responsibilities also consisted of <br />' contracting and coordinating all topographical surveys, geotechnical investigations, environmental <br />studies and preparation of ERP permit with DERM and SFWMD. <br />• Design Engineer for the design of Dr. Pepper Facility — 10 Acres. Civil engineering design work <br />' including layout design, on -site paving, grading and drainage, water and sewer systems, and lift <br />station. Responsibilities also consisted of contracting and coordinating all topographical surveys, <br />geotechnical investigations, environmental studies and preparation of ERP permit with DERM and <br />SFWMD. <br />• Design Engineer for the design of Greither Holdings Warehouse — 5 Acres.
