Deliverables — Affected <br />Agencies (FAA. Aviation Department), and Annual Management Report Outline <br />Project Meetings - MSA attended project meetings with representatives of the Miami -Dade <br />Parks and Recreation Department for internal discussions and reviews of the Draft Lake <br />Management, Monitoring and Contingency Plans. <br />MSA attended a meeting with the MDAD with the intent of discussing and obtaining the <br />following information: address the project overview, project components. review of likely air - <br />strike hazards and concerns, review of known agency requirements and additional constraints <br />and concerns. MSA incorporated MDAD's concerns in the preparation of the Lake Management <br />Plan. Meeting minutes were prepared and distributed after the project and Agency meeting. <br />Response to Agency Comments and Plan Finalization - IvISA prepared a response to Miami - <br />Dade Parks and Recreation Department and agency (NIDAD. FAA and DOA) comments on the <br />Lake \•lanagement Plan. The final version of the plan was prepared including associated <br />schematic exhibits and presented to the MDCPRD in hard copy and electronic format. <br />MWA <br />
