Platting Services and coordination plus serving as the Civil /environmental engineering <br />Design Criteria Professional for the development of the Haitian Community Center at Oak Grove Park. <br />MSA's scope of services included the following: <br />Civil Infrastructure & Environmental Due Dligence Investigation: MSA researched and obtained <br />available historical records and prior infrastructure /environmental due diligence investigations conducted <br />by the MDPROS and /or others.
