Schwebke- Shiskin and Associates is the Civil <br />Engineering consultant responsible for the design, permitting and construction administration for all the <br />infrastructure improvement for the development of the subject site. These duties encompass the <br />redevelopment of the full of the Right of Way of NW 72nd Terrace from NW 2 Avenue to NW 3`d <br />Avenue, the design of over 1,500 of 12" water main, provision of sewer and the disposal of storm water <br />via drainage wells and French Drains. <br />Strormwater management modeling software (ICPR) was used in the determination of the stage caused <br />by the 5 year storm event by discharging through a combination of drainage wells and French Drains for <br />the private portion of the development and via French Drain for the development of the Public Right of <br />Way. The interior floors of the garage drain through a French Drain system that contains a 2' thick sand <br />filter to prevent chemical degreasers commonly used on garages to enter the aquifer.
