SV NJr1
Off.' _ .B
APPROACH /METHODOLOGY TAB 4 / o `
In addition to the processes and systems outlined above, our firm requires each of our consultants to also
provide their individual expertise and experience in developing an estimated cost and schedule for their specific
discipline for inclusion into our estimate of cost and schedule.
The Chisholm team's objective is to minimize total costs (construction + life cycle), to reduce construction
time, to make the project easier to construct, and to ensure safe operations and environmental /ecological
goals. Our team seeks the optimum blend of scheduling, performance, constructability, maintainability,
environmental awareness, safety, and cost consciousness. As well as a management technique that uses a
systematized approach to seek out the best functional balance between the cost, reliability, and performance
of the project. Creative design ideas that change aspects of the proposed project design to accomplish a
design, financial, or schedule improvement without changing or diminishing the program plan. Clear and
informative construction documents provide for minimum or no change orders. Our process incorporates the
values of the major stakeholders. These generally include the designer, construction engineer, contractor,
state and federal approval agencies, local agencies, and the public.
C
® City of Sunny Isles Beach, RFQ 14-07.02
Continuing Professional Services for Architectural.
Landsceoe Architectural 6 Land Surveying Firms only rCCNAI 8.12.14
