With your leadership, our first <br />classroom project together received Board of Architects Approval for the City of Coral Gables and had permit <br />documents submittal within 30 days. Construction was completed in 6 months. The project took 8 months <br />from Notice to Proceed to project delivery. Since then, you firm has continued to provide innovative design <br />solutions and attentive project execution for the new Gulliver music building, theater, multi - purpose building, <br />and classrooms. <br />R.E.
