Our company has been involved in a large number of renovation /remodeling projects either individually or as part of a team headed by an architect. Every year we successfully design structural restoration projects of various sizes from residential to institutional and industrial projects. Past experience for various public and private clients has given us a sense of understanding the importance of accurate cost estimates at all stages of the work. Our record for work within predetermined funding limitations has been consistently on target. Our diversified design experience includes, high -rise residential building complexes, office and bank buildings, manufacturing warehouses and distribution centers, parking structures, vehicle maintenance facilities, hospital facilities, educational facilities, libraries, churches, parks, restaurants, shopping centers, fuel systems, industrial plants, and military air reserve bases. Introduction of Services: ® Brill Rodriguez Salas & Associates, Inc. is a consulting engineering firm that provides engineering and structural design services to include design, calculations and analysis needed to prepare a complete set of construction documents for building structures, retaining walls, including foundation and building frame for all applicable gravity and wind loads, and preparation of structural specifications applicable to the project. All documents if required, will be signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Florida. Plans review and permitting includes the engineering reviews necessary to conform plans prepared by individuals or consultants to applicable building codes requirements. Consultant personnel would work under the supervision of the Building Official of the City. Provides recommendation of approval to city's Building Official charged with issuing permits. Building or threshold inspections includes specialized engineering services required for the inspection of construction projects including but not limited to structural in accordance with the requirements of the applicable building codes. Personnel assigned by the consultants to this function must be qualified in accordance with State law. Contract Administration includes responses to requests for information, participating in meetings with contractors to resolve or clarify construction issues and review of material testing results. Construction Engineering inspections includes detailed inspections of the structure during the construction process, monitoring conformance to construction plans and specifications, review and approval of shop drawings, preparation of progress reports, and recommend progress payments.
