<br />transportation planning and traffic financial, technical, and "people"
<br />engineering design. Since the early aspects of a successful project.

<br />transportation planning, traffic engineering, major highway /roadway design, minor
<br />structural engineering, signalization design, site civil engineering, as well as post- design

<br />DPA has conducted transportation planning, traffic operations and traffic safety studies
<br />for public and private clients in South Florida. These services include accident analysis,
<br />accident reduction, signal warrant studies and analysis, capacity analysis, and cost benefit
<br />analysis. Our roadway design efforts range from minor intersection design to signal
<br />design to highway design to major interchange design.
<br />DPA's civil engineering efforts include paving and drainage, and water and sewer designs
<br />for many large scale and small scale projects in South Florida, including commercial,
<br />residential, medical, as well as public facilities.
<br />Because of the firm's business approach to engineering, DPA's principals are experienced
<br />in the complex relations among financial; technical, and "people' aspects of a successful
<br />project. The balance between,,engineering and business enables us to work with our
<br />clients from the earliest stages as' part of the team of- architects, planners, attorneys, and
<br />finance officers helping to shape and direct projects from the earliest planning stages
<br />,through the approval process and into implementation.
