<br />The project consisted of a 50,000 SF expansion that included public assembly places and the acoustical treatment of
<br />a large gathering hall for public addresses, concerts and exhibitions. Renovation of the existing 100,000 SF structure
<br />was incorporated into the new expansion.
<br />TRANSPORTATION
<br />JFK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, AMERICAN AIRLINES TERMINAL, NEW YORK, NEW YORK
<br />The project consisted of providing A/E /I services for a new terminal and 56 -Gate complex on a 42 -acre site currently
<br />occupied by Terminals 8 and 9 at JFK International. The new terminal will create 2, 200,000 SF and is inclusive of
<br />ticketing, baggage claim, FIS, concessions, club space and administrative support area. The project will be phased in
<br />over a seven year period in order to allow American Airlines to remain fully operational during the process of this $1.3
<br />billion dollar redevelopment.
<br />ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, AIRSIDE 1 TERMINAL, ORLANDO, FLORIDA
<br />Federal Inspection Station Additions & Renovation Airside 1 - project consists of reduction of In- flight Sterile Lounge at
<br />Level 2, addition of In- flight Sterile Lounge at Level 1, modifications to Customs Hall Bag Claim, enlargement of the
<br />Baggage Check Area, relocation of Security Check to Level 2, and miscellaneous Government office renovations.

<br />Modifications to Customs Hall Baggage Claim, enlargement of Baggage Recheck Area, relocation of Security Check
<br />to Level 2, miscellaneous reconfiguration of Meter Greeter Area at Level 2 including the relocation of Currency Ex-
<br />change.
<br />TOCUMEN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, NEW TERMINAL, PANAMA, REPUBLIC OF PANAMA
<br />The project consisted of Stages 1 and 2 providing A/E /I services for a new terminal working in a collaborate team with
<br />Foster and Partners, London, England and Majol Majol from the Republic of Panama it included 20 -Gates for the
<br />Phase 1 complex, Air Traffic Control Tower, new runways access roads fueling system, baggage handling system on
<br />the site currently occupied by the existing International Terminal. The new terminal will create a new 75,000 m2 facil-
<br />ity as an Icon for the incoming passenger. This work was in collaboration and design by Foster & Partners of Landon.
<br />The scope is inclusive of ticketing, baggage claim, FIS, concessions, club space and administrative support area. The
