<br />CAMANA BAY NEW TOWN, GRAND CAYMAN, CAYMAN ISLANDS
<br />The Projects were built on a 550 acres property to develop a new town as a mixed -use development consisting of
<br />offices, retail, residential and parking structures and a K through 12 School. All serve by a New Central Utility plant.
<br />The buildings incorporate numerous sustainable design features and will be the reflected on this multi - building site
<br />consisting of 8 initial buildings.
<br />UNITED PARCEL SERVICE, CARGOIWAREHOUSE, MIAMI, FLORIDA
<br />A 59,000 SF cargo and administrative facility, situated on a 9.2 acre site adjacent to Miami International Airport, this
<br />project is designed to accommodate both domestic and international operations for UPS. The tilt -up concrete struc-
<br />ture was designed to accommodate 4 UPS aircraft and 15 bays geared specifically to UPS vehicular use.

<br />SANDY LANE HOTEL, ST. JAMES, BARBADOS, WEST INDIES
<br />Sandy Lane Hotel is a five -star luxury resort. Project incorporates a 112 -key luxury hotel with two penthouses, a
<br />40,000 square foot spa with multi -level swimming pools, restaurants, kitchen operations, and support facilities. A cen-
<br />tral plant supports the complex and staff residences. The challenge to completely modernize the resort was to create
<br />a new world -class facility that retained the charm and intimacy that distinguished the original. It was a collaborative
<br />effort with Interiors Hotel designers, London, England EDSA, landscaping, ESPA, London, and Larry Warren architect
<br />Barbados.
<br />HYATT REGENCY COCONUT POINT RESORT, NAPLES, FLORIDA
<br />A new 450 room hotel in the tradition of the world renowned resorts hotels of Florida. A state of the art meeting fa-
<br />cility and resort with a 20,000 SF spa. The scope of work entails architectural services from design development thru
<br />construction administration.
<br />CAMANA BAY DEVELOPMENT, GRAND CAYMAN, CAYMAN ISLANDS, BWI
<br />Multi- phased proposed 400 -acre New Urbanist Town Development being developed on Grand Cayman. The general
<br />concept contains four linked villages including a resort village, a waterfront village, a residential village and a marina
<br />village. Phase 1 of the West Indian Club is a six -block Waterfront Village area that will include a multiple screen cin-
<br />ema, offices, retail shopping, restaurants and cafes, apartments, parking structures and public space.
<br />CAMANA BAY DEVELOPMENT CENTRAL UTILITY PLANT, GRAND CAYMAN, CAYMAN ISLANDS, BWI
<br />The Camana Bay Development includes a 2800 ton district cooling plant with provisions for expansion to 3,500 tons.
<br />In addition, the plant houses three 750 KW generators with provisions for adding a fourth 750 KW generator.
