Below is a summary of recent major Projects he has worked on. EXPERIENCE Pump Station Nos 862 863 1003 1009 372 108 177 795 and 1233 - Miami. Dade Water and Sewer Department, Florida Principal in Charge - Design of various sanitary sewer pump station upgrade projects for the Miami -Dade Water and Sevier Department (MDWASD). These projects include Jte retrofit of the upgraded pump, station reconfiguration from wet -dry to submersible systems, yard piping modifications, development of the contract cocument's technical specifications, and preparation of engineer's ooinion of probable construction cost. Tree Island Park - Public Right of Way Improvements - Miami-Dade Co. Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department ( MDPROS), Florida Principal Engineer for the civil and environmental engineering services provided to MDPROS for the design of roadway improvements within the existing public road rights of way directly adjacent to the Tree Island Park prope try. The units considered included Vortechnics, Storm Ceptor and CDS. Each unit was rankled based on criteria that Miami - Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) considered critical. Control structures were also designed to divert storm water runoff from the drainage collection system into treatment units. Aeration units were designed at two Terminal Area Water Shed outfall locations. Miami River Greenways - Miami -Dade County Public Works, FL Principal in Charge for the civil engineering services provided to the Miami River Greenways project. MSA was responsible for the permitting process of the project which entailed 'the connection of six (6) sites with walkways along the Miami River. Regional Pump Station 177 Improvements - Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Department, Florida Principal Engineer for the services provided to Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD) for the upgrades to ^rumo Station 177, located within the City of South Miami. Work provided included civil design, permitting and construction support services. MSA was also in charge of coordinating and leading the team that performed civil, electrical, structural, geotechnical, surveying and mapping services. FPL - Princeton Substation (Water & Wastewater Engineering) - Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) - Miami, FL Principal in Charge for the civil engineering services provided to FPL for the design, permitting and construction documents for the new Princeton Substation. MSA's scope of services included the development of the design of the construction and permitting plans, and obtaining the governmental approvals and regulatory permits for the site development construction. GSA Facility Design/Build at NW 46th St & NW 35th Ave. - Miami -Dade County, Florida Principal in Charge responsible for overseeing all work related to the design, permitting and construction of the water distribution, sewage collection and storm water management systems required for the new 100,000 square foot GSA facility Water Supply Master Plan- Capital Improvements - Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Department, Florida Project Manager responsible for coordinating all work related to a water supply master plan for Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD). Coordinated the review of the water demand projections by MDWASD. Directed the preparation of a senior review of the preliminary Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Assisted in the development of funding options for the CIP. Coordinated the assistance for the development of conclusions and recommendations for the final report. Wastewater Reuse Feasibility Study Update - Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Department - FL Project Manager - Coordinated all work related to the services provided to Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Department for the completion of a Wastewater Reuse Feasibility Study Update. Responsible for reviewing current and proposed regulations and policies from the different pertaining agencies. Assistance with the identification of potential suitable users for reuse.
