<br />included civil engineering design, permitting and construction phase services.
<br />MD -WASD Pump Station 372 Improvements - City of Miami Gardens, Florida
<br />Project Manager responsible for overseeing the work related to the rehabilitation of regional pump station No. 372 for NAPOT compliance;
<br />including design upgrade of existing pumo station (new 10 HP submersible pumps, new wet well top slablhatch, new valve vault, new
<br />electrical system and new - 3,500 LF of (84nch and 12 inch) forcemain extensions, technical specifications, M.O.T., cost estimates,
<br />permitting (MD -WASD, City Miami Gardens, MD- PWorks, FDEP /MD -RER), Bidding, Construction services, system testing (PS Start-up,
<br />forcemain pressure tests), project close -out and system certification.
<br />Miami -Dade Aviation Department • PHASE I Water and Sewer Improvements, HA.R.B, Florida
<br />Protect Manager responsible for the design, specifications and permitting of approximately 20,000 LF.of large diameter transmission water
<br />mains, 7,000 LF. of 124nch sewage force mains, 3000 LF of 8 to 12 -inch gravity sewer mains, service laterals and 2 MDWASD
<br />Regional Sewage Pump Stations with Emergency Generators and Fueling facilities to serve future develobment(s) within Homestead Air
<br />Reserve Base (HARB).
<br />SOUTHCOM Headquarters Due Diligence - Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. - Doral, FL
<br />® Project Manager responsible for the preparation of a Due Diligence Report for a 40 acre parcel located at the SOUTHCOM Headquarters
<br />in NW 33rd Street and NW 94th Avenue, City of Doral, A. Services induced assistance to the Client by researching, obtaining and
<br />compiling project datarinformation, attending local meetingsiconferences with County, municipalities and applicable regulatory agencies
<br />required to complete applicable report tasks. Prepared the civil infrastructure design and environmental criteria report, conducted
<br />preliminary stonmwater management calculations to determine site retention areas required in compliance with SOUTHCOM and regulatory
<br />agencies criteria.
<br />Snapper Creek Drainage 8 Traffic Improvements - City of South Miami Public Works Department Florida
<br />Project Manager responsible for the preparation of construction documents for the construction of traffic calming and roadway and
<br />drainage improvements to SW 84th Street, SW 85th Street, SW 59th Avenue and SW 58th Avenue. Design Services include new Traffic
<br />Roundabouts at SW 84th Street and SW 85th Streets conforming to MDCounty Traffic Section requirements. As project manager, Mr
<br />Menache performs QC Reviews of the construction drawings and specifications and cost estimates as well as conducting Public meetings
<br />with the area residents and merchants affected by the new project.
<br />Buswav Extension - Segment 2 - Miami -Dade County Transit Agency, Florida
<br />Deputy Project Manager and Quality Assurance Manager Mr. Menache was responsible for the preparation of final construction
<br />documents and the design of a 6.5 -mile Busway Extension from SW 264th Street to SW 344th Street in Florida City and an additional 1.1-
<br />mile extension of the bicycle path from SW 344th Street to US-1 (South Dixie Highway). Responsibilities included acting as Quality
<br />Assurance Manager for the project following the guidelines established by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), performing quality
<br />control and consistency reviews, Client Manager to MDT on all technical and contractual matters, coordinated project budget and schedule
<br />control and conducted over 12 public hearings and 5 Design Workshops before the Citizens Advisory Council (CAC) specifically
<br />established for this project.
<br />SW 216th Street Improvements - Miami -Dade County Public Works Department, Florida
<br />Project Manager responsible for the civil engineering services for the roadway improvements to SW 216th Street (Hailin Mills Drive) from
<br />SW 127 Avenue to the Florida Turnipike (approx. 2.1 miles). MSA's services included drainage/stonnwater management, pavement
<br />markings 8 traffic signage, maintenance of traffic plans, preparation of drainage /stormwater management calculations per public
<br />works /RER criteria, and preparation 8 submittal of a Standard General - Surface Water Management (local E.R.P.) permit per RER
<br />requirements.
