<br />Regional Soccer Park Due Diligence Report - MDPROS, Miami, Florida
<br />Project Manager responsible for overseeing all the work related to the implementation of a due diligence report to determine
<br />constructability of a proposed regional soccer park at the old, capped and closed NW 58 St. landfill. The 47 -acre site was recently
<br />purchased by the Park and Recreation Department from the Solid Waste Management Department, and poses multiple challenges due to
<br />its history. The analysis included water and sewer connection alternatives, as well as a full on -site drainage analysis. Due to the history of
<br />the site, multiple environmental concerns were present, and various regulations limit the drainage system design alternatives for the site. In
<br />addition, the proposed project needed to include eight (8) soccer fields to be recognized as a soccer venue by the Soccer Community,
<br />therefore creating additional limitations with the tightness of the site.

<br />Project Manager responsible for overseeing all work related to the assistance to MDPROS with Civil Infrastructure/Environmental Due
<br />Diligence Investigations, Platting Services and coordination plus serving as the Civil /environmental engineering Design Criteria
<br />Professional Oak Grove Park. Services included civil infrastructure 8 environmental due diligence investigation. Also assisted in the
<br />preparation of CiviVEnvironmental Design Criteria Documents for the development of the Haitian Community Center at Oak Group Park, as

<br />participating in the development of the site civil design criteria drawings and specifications.
