Simple <br />30'x24' structure with bathrooms, plumbing, lights and exhaust. <br />Services Provided: Electrical Engineering System Design. <br />Town of Surfside — Harding Avenue Streetscape Improvements <br />Surfside, Florida <br />The electrical plans were taken to completion using a conventional design <br />with an FPL meter and electrical panel serving the landscape lights. Later the <br />City directed us to redesign as per their discussions with FPL to tap the lines at <br />the street light poles as the source of power. <br />Services Provided: Electrical Engineering Design System. <br />City of Hialeah - Milander Community Center and Multi- Purpose Facility <br />Hialeah, Florida <br />This facility will be a 2 story building with large open meeting spaces. <br />The scope included Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression System, Electrical for <br />site and building, HVAC design, Plumbing, Security Cameras, for group <br />meeting areas /classroom and facility. Services Provided: Electrical and Fire <br />Alarm Engineering Systems Design. <br />• Jackson Memorial Hospital DTC Building Pet Scan Facility <br />Miami, Florida <br />A new Pet Scanner will be installed in an existing linear accelerator space <br />within the OTC Building Ground Floor Space. The spaces for the new Pet <br />is Scan Facility include the following spaces: <br />Pet Scanner Room and Control Room per manufacturer's requirements, <br />Two Patient Preparatory Rooms, Hot Lab and a Dedicated ADA Restroom <br />Services Provided: Electrical and Fire Alarm Engineering Systems Design. <br />Jackson Memorial Hospital — Universal MRI Trailer <br />Miami, Florida <br />A temporary mobile portable trailer to be installed at Jackson Memorial <br />Hospital. The mobile trailer will be provided by JHS and will have an electric <br />lift, and ADA ramp or stairs will not be required.
