<br />Mr. Salas has a diversified and extensive background experience in Structural Engineering, Structural Design,
<br />Investigation, and Inspection services. He is highly skilled in performing project management and feasibility studies of
<br />existing structures. Mr. Salas performs and is very proficient in Permit by Affidavit reviews.
<br />(Recent Project Experience)
<br />Recent work includes structural engineering services and inspections for the construction of the new 8500 SF
<br />technology classroom at Edward McCarthy High School, an expansion at the existing Student Activities Center and
<br />redesign of the main University Center Patio at the University of Miami, and St. Thomas University Fernandez Family
<br />Center. Mr. Salas also performed structural engineering services and threshold inspections for Everglades Preparatory
<br />Academy, a new public charter school. Brill Rodriguez Salas is currently hired as consultants under an on -going
<br />contract to perform Structural Engineering services at the University of Miami for ALL campuses. To provide services
<br />in connection with many specific projects, including, but not limited to: Structural design, preparation of structural plans
<br />and specifications for new facilities, reports, threshold and special inspections, investigations, restorations, renovations,
<br />additions, peer reviews, and 40 year re- certifications.

<br />Mr. Salas has performed structural engineering services including inspections for religious, institutional, educational,
<br />and commercial facilities, residential & high -rise office and condominiums, warehouses, shopping and distribution
<br />centers. He has designed structures for Miami -Dade Aviation Department, Miami -Dade County Public Schools,
<br />Broward County Public Schools, Miami -Dade Colleges, and Miami -Dade County Fire Rescue Facilities. He has
<br />performed miscellaneous repairs at Miami International Airport, and also at the Port of Miami at various buildings and
<br />terminals. He has provided structural engineering services for restorations of concrete structure at the University of
<br />Miami, and for the Archdiocese of Miami. Current workload includes projects at different facilities for Memorial
<br />Healthcare System, two new HD studios for Univision Network, University of Miami Student Activities Center, The Rock
<br />Catholic Church, Edward McCarthy High School, DCP for Curtis Park pool and fieldhouse, and various permit by
<br />affidavits reviews.
