Chisholm Architects, Inc. provided full and complete architectural services for part of multi - family <br />community on 112 acre site. Project consists of 498 units of single, duplex and multi -unit housing, retail complex, <br />school, daycare centers, church, administrative and social services buildings and transportation depot. The Community <br />Center is 20,000 SF +/- with general meeting and ballroom, full kitchen and restrooms. Cinco de Mayo park consisted of <br />a new 10 acre park consisting of baseball, soccer and football fields, track, walking path, recreation building, restrooms <br />and fitness stations. <br />Compensation: S 30,000 <br />Constr. budget: S 350,000 <br />Completion: 1998 <br />Project Nr. 4 Facility name: Shenandoah Park <br />Address: 1800 SW 21st Avenue, Miami, FL, 33145 <br />Agency: City of Miami /Miscellaneous contract <br />Duties: R.E. Chisholm Architects, Inc. provided planning, design and construction administration for renovation <br />and expansion of the Recreation Building, new basketball courts, existing tennis court modifications, parking alley re- <br />configuration, new Childcare Facility, ADA improvements at the Pool House, Design and CD's for a temporary Fire Sta- <br />tion, and resurfacing and site drainage coordination. <br />Shenandoah Park Fire Station - Design, Construction Documentation and Construction Administration for the neighbor- <br />hood fire station.
