<br />It consists of 2 full size baseball /softball fields, shelter to accommodate 50 people, playground, 2 story building that in-
<br />cludes a meeting room, concession room, storage room, restroom and custodian area, fishing pier, picnic shelter, multi-
<br />purpose path, natural area and parking. Tamarac Public Services Complex, Tamarac, Florida (2009) — Design /Build,
<br />City of Tamarac Information Technology Public Services Building, a one -story 20,000 SF office /warehouse building,
<br />with maintenance yard and 131 parking spaces. The building was designed to be used as an emergency response fa-
<br />cility and was designed to maintain operations during a category 5 hurricane. Services included Planning, Programming
<br />and Design, Technical Documents, Construction Management, and Construction Administration. ($8,000,000, Projects
<br />were completed on time and within budget.)

<br />R.E. Chisholm Architects, Inc. as the PRIME and Design Criteria Professional for the above project, prepared the De-
<br />sign Criteria Package and performed associated services for 1,500 seat stadium facility including restrooms, conces-
<br />sions, security, ticketing and admissions, parking, vehicular and pedestrian access and circulation. The design incorpo-
<br />rates full handicap accessibility to entire complex including stadium seating. The project was completed on time and
<br />within budget and in accordance with the Design Criteria Package.
