<br />Bid Pack 4 Water Main and Force Main Replacement, Oakland Park, FL — Serving as civil
<br />analyst and providing construction phase services for the replacement of more than 27,000
<br />linear feet of water main and forcemain in the City of Oakland Park. The project consisted of
<br />replacing existing water mains that were identified as being substandard with respect to system
<br />pressures during fire flow. Services and meter boxes were replaced to the property line on new
<br />water line installations and fire hydrants were installed in residential and commercial areas. As
<br />part of this project, select portions of force main were upsized within the City and included the
<br />aerial crossing of the C -13 Canal closest to NW 31 st Avenue. A critical function of this project
<br />was developing a route through the neighboring City of Lauderdale Lakes to provide the most
<br />efficient path for looping of the water main. In addition, the work was planned to minimize
<br />disruptions to the City during construction.
<br />Town Engineering Services, Miami Lakes, FL — Analyst on the Kimley -Horn team that
<br />is currently serving as Town Engineer for the Town of Miami Lakes. Our firm has been
<br />contracted to provide all aspects of ongoing traffic, transportation, and civil engineering services

<br />® unincorporated Broward County, adjacent to the City of Parkland. The scope of the work has
<br />® included site plan coordination with planner, reuse and water main extension design and
<br />® permits, sewer main extension design and permits, lift station design, and cut -fill balance for the
<br />optimization of lake design.

<br />® Caribbean Boulevard Construction Engineering Services (CEI), Cutler Bay, FL— As
<br />resident project representative (RPR), observed and inspected the progress and quality of the
<br />® executed work of the contractor while completing daily field visit reports. Ensured state, county,
<br />® and city engineering standards were followed throughout the life of the project. Also attended
<br />® weekly progress meetings.
<br />® 154th Street Project CEI, Miami Lakes, FL — Monitored the de- mucking process for the
<br />® installation of drainage and the building of a new roadway. Performed various inspections on -site,
<br />from the placing of perforated drainage pipes to the laying of asphalt and pavement markings.
