<br />® Wiles Road Design from Rock Island Road to US 441 (SR 7), Coral Springs, FL — Analyst on the Kimley -Horn team selected
<br />® by the Broward County Engineering Division to prepare complete contract plans for the reconstruction and widening of Wiles Road
<br />® as a six -lane divided urban arterial from Rock Island Road to US 441 (SR 7). Broward County and FDOT are sharing in the cost of
<br />® improvements which include drainage, lighting, landscaping, irrigation, bicycle lanes, signalization, utility coordination, and detailed
<br />traffic control plans. Helped design relocated force main and water main alignments, create cost estimates for the work, and permit the
<br />® projects through Broward County.
<br />®Vizcaya Park (Bluegrass Lakes Park), Miramar, FL — Serving as project analyst. This 20 -acre park in Miramar provides several
<br />active recreational opportunities, including a soccer /multiuse field, two full -size basketball courts, and a 7,600- square -foot community
<br />® center. The park's passive features include open picnic areas, a playground, and a jogging/fitness trail along the perimeter of the
<br />® project site. The project is being completed in phases and to date the community center, soccer field, and associated parking lot have
<br />® been constructed. Helped to design Phase 3 of the project which includes the additions of a splash pad, pavilions, a second soccer
<br />field, park signage, and overflow parking. Along with the design, helped to create the cost estimate and permit the project.

<br />® Bid Pack 4 Water Main and Force Main Replacement, Oakland Park, FL — Team member providing construction phase services
<br />for this project. Kimley -Horn was responsible for the preparation of construction documents and associated permits for the replacement
<br />® of more than 27,000 linear feet of water main and force main in the City of Oakland Park. The project consisted of replacing existing
<br />® water mains that have were identified as being substandard with respect to system pressures during fireflow. As part of this project,
<br />® select portions of force main were upsized within the City and included the aerial crossing of the C -13 Canal closest to NW 31st
<br />Avenue. A critical function of this project was developing a route through the neighboring City of Lauderdale Lakes to provide the most
<br />4D efficient path for looping of the water main. In addition, the work was planned to minimize disruptions to the City during construction.
<br />ID West Lakes A Drainage Improvement Project, Miami Lakes, FL— Serving as project analyst responsible for preparing drainage
<br />® calculations and developing design for new storm water system on NW 89th Avenue in Miami Lakes. This new system included
<br />® exfiltration trench, connecting existing catch basins, and outfall system which connected to Graham Dairy Canal. Also used design
<br />® documents and calculations to submit permitting documents for local government approval and FDOT approval.
<br />® Net Asset Inventory, North Bay Village, FL— Serving as project analyst for North Bay Village on the Kimley -Horn team to prepare
<br />® a log detailing the quantity, useful life, and value of current assets owned by the North Bay Village Municipality. The inventory log was
<br />® created using GIS information, engineering reports, plans, and purchase orders that included the storm water, waste water, and potable
<br />water systems.
<br />o Walmart Stores, Statewide, FL — Serving as project analyst for the Kimley -Horn team providing design, permitting, and construction
<br />phase services for various Walmart stores throughout Florida, including sites in Hollywood and Pompano Beach.
