Our firm has been <br />■ Proficient in software including <br />contracted to provide all aspects of ongoing traffic, transportation, and civil engineering services <br />AutoCAD with 3D modeling, <br />associated with the Town, including providing staff to fill the positions of public works director <br />ArcGIS, drainage modeling in <br />and stormwater utility director. Specific projects have included: <br />Cascade, and scheduling using <br />Microsoft Project <br />Lake Elizabeth Drainage Improvements. This project involved roadway restoration/ <br />■ Engineering experience includes <br />resurfacing and drainage improvements in a residential community, including new drainage <br />development of engineering <br />ouffalls and permitting. Our team located proposed drainage infrastructure to minimize <br />plans for roadway and site <br />impacts to existing utilities and adjacent properties. The project also included close <br />improvement projects, permitting <br />coordination with residential property owners and careful maintenance of traffic to minimize <br />with Broward County and <br />impacts to the community. <br />Miami -Dade County agencies, <br />NW 87th Avenue Design. Kimley Horn worked with Town staff to develop roadway <br />estimating project costs, and conducting construction phase <br />design, landscaping plans, and construction documents for improvements to NW 87th <br />observation <br />Avenue. The project required close coordination with Miami -Dade County staff to create an <br />implementable design. <br />Professional Credentials <br />Bachelor of Science, Civil <br />Miami Lakeway North. Kimley -Horn developed construction documents for roadway <br />Engineering, University of Florida <br />and drainage improvements on Miami Lakeway North in the Town of Miami Lakes. The <br />Registered Engineering Intern in <br />improvement project included roadway restoration, new curbing, new pavement marking, <br />Florida <br />and new drainage infrastructure from Ludlum Road to Celebration Point development, and <br />along NW 64th Avenue from Miami Lakeway North to the Biscayne Canal. The drainage <br />Professional Organizations <br />design included the necessary stormwater modeling and permitting for a new drainage <br />American Society of Civil <br />ouffall into the canal. In addition to the much needed stormwater improvements, several <br />Engineers (ASCE) <br />traffic and parking related improvements were included. Right- and left -turn lane extensions <br />Florida Engineering Society <br />provided for additional queuing space, paved parallel parking was added in existing swale <br />areas, and a new parking lot was added in close proximity to the Miami Lakes Park tennis <br />National Society of Collegiate <br />courts and Miami Lakes Middle School portable classrooms. The enhancement project also <br />Scholars <br />included landscaping and irrigation improvements, as well as new lighting for the parking <br />lot. Kimley -Horn provided construction phase services to expedite the project and confirm <br />the project was built in compliance with the plans and specifications. As a result of the <br />design, public involvement with the community, and coordination with the contractor, the <br />construction process was very successful, impacts to the community were mini <br />the project came in on time and under budget. <br />® NW 154th Street Drainage Improvements. Kimley -Horn provided roadway restoration/ <br />® resurfacing and drainage improvements on a major roadway through the Town, including <br />a new drainage ouff all, median improvements, irrigation system, and project permitting. <br />Construction phase services to expedite the project and confirm project was built in <br />® accordance with the design plans. <br />® Stormwater Master Plan Update, Palmetto Bay, FL — Serving as project analyst for the <br />® Kimley -Horn team preparing an update to the Village of Palmetto Bay's stormwater master plan. <br />® Tasks include site visits and data collection. <br />® R %1w7� Kimley) ))Horn <br />® oyzsa 1z 14o S.
