As <br />construction management/ <br />project engineer, responsibilities include site visits, data collection, permitting, layout design, <br />inspection services <br />® <br />and cost estimating. <br />■ Experienced in all phases of <br />Q <br />design and drafting including <br />Q <br />General Consulting Services, Palmetto Bay, FL — Kimley -Horn is currently working with the <br />roadway, drainage, water <br />Village of Palmetto Bay as a general consultant to provide all types of engineering services, <br />distribution/transmission, and <br />® <br />such as planning, general civil engineering, and transportation. The Village of Palmetto Bay <br />wastewater collection and <br />® <br />is a newly - incorporated community that is evaluating the condition of their infrastructure and <br />transmission facilities <br />® <br />developing a new vision for their community. The Village has looked to Kimley -Horn to develop <br />0 Proficient in AutoCAD, <br />a stormwater master plan and an associated stormwater management plan to implement a <br />Microstation, Cascade, and <br />® <br />stormwater utility and obtain ownership of the infrastructure. The Village has also asked Kimley- <br />AdICPR software programs <br />® <br />Horn to develop a comprehensive plan as a foundation and framework for the new municipality, <br />as well as provide civil engineering expertise to help them implement their new community <br />Professional Credentials <br />® <br />vision. Other services provided have included local flooding analysis and assistance with grant <br />Bachelor of Science, Civil <br />® <br />applications. Specific projects have included: <br />Engineering, Florida International <br />® <br />University <br />SW 89th Street Roadway and Drainage Improvement Project. Kimley -Horn assisted <br />® <br />in developing a roadway restoration/resurfacing and drainage improvements project <br />Professional Organizations <br />® <br />in a residential area, including design, hydraulic modeling, contract documents, and <br />American Society of Civil <br />permitting. Our team located proposed drainage infrastructure and provided cost - effective <br />Engineers (ASCE) <br />® <br />drainage improvements to meet stormwater management and environmental permitting <br />® <br />requirements, as well as minimize impacts to adjacent properties. In addition to the <br />® <br />roadway and drainage improvements, the project included signing and pavement markings, <br />swale restoration, sidewalk improvements, and site restoration. Kimley -Horn provided <br />® <br />construction phase services to expedite the project and to confirm the project was built in <br />® <br />accordance with the design plans. Close coordination with residential property owners was <br />Q <br />required for the successful project. <br />® <br />Main Wastewater Pump Station Rehabilitation, North Bay Village, FL — Project engineer <br />® <br />for development of design, permitting, and construction phase services for the rehabilitation of <br />® <br />the Citys main wastewater pump station. The project included analyzing the existing pumping <br />and control equipment to evaluate present operating parameters and to develop a rehabilitation <br />Q <br />approach to increase system efficiency, reduce system maintenance, and provide a reliable, <br />® <br />redundant pump station to better serve the City. Existing shaft driven wastewater pumps were <br />® <br />converted to submersible pumps for use in a dry pit area and the complete control system was <br />upgraded including a new Citywide SCADA system. The design approach required construction <br />Q <br />coordination and planning to keep the existing station in service during the rehabilitation and <br />® <br />service upgrade process. <br />Q <br />SW 184 Street, Miami -Dade County, FL — The project is located between SW 127 Avenue <br />® <br />and SW 147 Avenue.
