It consisted of the preparation <br />engineering and project <br />® <br />of a technical memorandum to evaluate alternatives and recommend improvements within a <br />management experience <br />® <br />2,000 -acre area of unincorporated Miami -Dade County that had little or no existing water and <br />e Areas of expertise include <br />® <br />sewer infrastructure.
