He <br />performed design reviews, prepared <br />construction bid documents, and <br />coordinated with private developers <br />as well as city, county, and state <br />agencies. <br />CDWWTP Water Reclamation Facility <br />Miami, Florida <br />Responsible for QA /QC functions <br />on a project that consisted of the <br />design of paving, grading, and <br />drainage structures. The drainage <br />was a closed system, comprised of <br />swales, French drains, and on -site <br />reclaimed water piping, including <br />transfer piping from the effluent <br />pump station to WRF building; <br />transfer piping for reclaimed water <br />piping; transfer piping from effluent <br />pump station to WRF building. <br />C <br />
