<br />Sergio Santana has over 20 years of experience working as an Engineer and
<br />an estimator on a variety of projects. He has prepared conceptual cost
<br />models, budgets and guaranteed maximum pricing based on historic cost
<br />data and /or subcontractor input as appropriate; performed quantitative
<br />analysis of construction documents and project program requirements;
<br />analyzed project program, design, costs, and subcontractor input and
<br />provided comparisons, cost savings, value engineering options, and
<br />other recommendations; and managed subcontractor pricing, including
<br />information dissemination, review of subcontractor's proposals and
<br />coordination with the desired scope of work. Sergio is a team player always
