<br />Mr. Fouch has over 40 years of experience with responsibilities including
<br />client service, design and engineering, planning, construction services,
<br />project delivery, and quality assurance. Mr. Fouch has worked with clients
<br />including Hollywood, Broward County Water and Wastewater Services,
<br />Sunrise, Miramar, South Florida Water Management District, West Palm
