The <br />project included the demolition of approximately <br />200,000 sq. ft. of existing retail space for the <br />construction of new anchor tenants including Dick's <br />Sporting Goods and Jo -Ann's Fabrics. New <br />streetscape retail was designed to transform the <br />center into a new and exciting shopping <br />destination. Consistent with the City of Plantation's <br />Mid -Town Master Plan, CPH provided tenant <br />completion plans as existing tenants have relocated <br />within the center. CPH provided architectural plans <br />for Too Jay's Restaurant, Jenny Craig, Euro Wax, The <br />Avenue, Marshall's, American Mortgage, Stromboli <br />Cafe, Jos A Banks Clothing Store, Macabi Cigars, Manpower, Ideal Image Laser Spa, and Total Wine Store.
