Mr. Winter has over 33 years <br />apital Projects Construction Manager for parks and recreations <br />iagement, design and construction administration experience for <br />so has experience with streetscapes, aquatic facilities and other <br />Punta Gorda Linear Park /Multi -Use Trail — Phases II and III <br />• CPH is providing landscape architecture, survey, and <br />engineering design services for the Phase 11 section <br />from Shreve Street to Cross Street, a distance of 3040 <br />LF. <br />• The project will include a 10' asphalt walking trail /bike <br />path, rest /rain stations, lighting, accent paving design <br />street crosswalks, pedestrian bridges over the creek <br />where required, and appropriate site furnishings to <br />include benches, water fountain, bollards, and trash <br />cans <br />31st Avenue Park <br />• CPH was contracted by the City of Lauderhill to prepare <br />Design Development and Construction drawings for the <br />site design, landscape and irrigation design of this <br />leisure neighborhood park that meet the criteria of the <br />Broward County "Parks for People" grant program. <br />• Park elements include; meandering walk through <br />landscape beds with seating respites along the way, <br />decorative LED lighting, neighborhood buffering. <br />• Florida Friendly landscaping was incorporated as part of <br />the design criteria for the grant qualification. <br />Ilene Lieberman Park <br />• CPH was contracted by the City of Lauderhill to prepare <br />Design Development and Construction drawings for the <br />renovation of the landscape and irrigation design for <br />this botanical garden park that meet the criteria of the <br />Broward County "Parks for People' grant program. <br />• The scope of work included the redesign of <br />amphitheatre seating and the addition of wheelchair <br />accessible seating spaces. <br />• The project scope also included locating and identifying <br />existing vegetations and supplementing the planting <br />with Florida Friendly landscaping. <br />Jackson Memorial Hospital Renovations Study <br />• Professional services provided included surveying, civil <br />engineering, architecture, arborist and landscape <br />architecture. <br />• The scope of work included the preparation of drawings <br />for: building demolition, gate house design, entry wall <br />and fence detailing, streetscape paving detailing, <br />grading and drainage, sediment and erosion control, <br />landscaping, irrigation and donor wall and pergola <br />design detailing. <br />• One of the primary design intents is to transform a <br />driveway entrance road into a pedestrian plaza that <br />seamlessly flows with the existing Alamo Plaza. <br />
