Matula has been the Engineer of Record on over 23 million <br />nnis has led design teams in multi -unit site adapts and unique <br />DeBary Splash Park <br />• 2,000 sq. ft. splash pad, bathroom building, pump <br />room to house the pump and chlorination <br />equipment, in- ground return water tank, extension <br />of electrical service, water service and gravity sewer <br />lines <br />• Electrical design included power distribution to the <br />pump room and restroom facility <br />• Building lighting and occupancy sensors provide a <br />safe, well -lit environmental <br />• Mechanical design included general building <br />ventilation and exhaust system along with plumbing <br />the restroom fixtures and an outdoor shower <br />Library Building Converted into Additional Office <br />Space/Training Center, Lake Alfred <br />• Included the modification of the existing space into 3 <br />private offices, a training room (10 -20 persons), <br />conference room, dormitories for four (4) firemen, a <br />connecting door to both the police and fire <br />departments and an IT sewer room <br />• New air distribution diffusers were added for the <br />several new spaces with a new mini -split air <br />condition added to the IT sewer room <br />Haines City V4WfF Administration /Operations Building <br />Improvements and Headworks <br />• CPH designed a new roof that modified the existing <br />bitumen membrane roof <br />• Included the design of the demolition of the two (2) <br />existing RTU's and replacement of the entire HVAC <br />with a new Split System Ground Mounted <br />Condensers and new ductwork diffusers /returns <br />Sheraton Orlando North Entry Fountain <br />• Centerpiece of a large glass enclosed atrium featured <br />a display fountain, pumps, water level controls, <br />underwater lighting and plumbing requirements. <br />Seaworld Orlando Mammal Pool <br />• 60,000 Gallon Mammal pool installation required the <br />coordination with life science specialists in the design <br />of the rehabilitation /acclimation pool for various sea <br />mammals <br />• Temperature control, filtering, pumps, and make -up <br />water including underwater lighting and solar tent <br />grounding and lightning protections systems <br />
