Mr. Mahler is a Project <br />Aahler has been involved with treatment facility improvements, <br />deling as well as utility line extension and relocation projects for <br />alizes in relocation of existing utilities associated with roadway <br />adway design and permitting for private clients. <br />S.R. 50 Utility Relocation Project <br />• 13 miles of water distribution system and wastewater <br />collection and transmission system relocations and <br />installations within the S.R. 50 Corridor <br />• FDOT /JPAcontract <br />• New facilities as well as relocations and removal <br />• 5.5 miles of 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24" diameter water main <br />• 7.7 miles of 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 and 30" diameter forcemain <br />• 2.84 miles of gravity collection mains <br />• Triplex Master Pump Station <br />Lake Alfred WWTF Upgrade and Expansion <br />• Replaced a 0.600 MGD trickling filter facility with a new <br />1.0 MGD modified activated sludge process WWTF <br />• New pretreatment headworks <br />• New microscreen filtration <br />• Trickling filter tank converted to 260,000 gallon <br />equalization basin <br />• Reconfiguration of chlorine contact basin to meet Class <br />1 reliability. <br />S.R. 426 Utility Relocation Project <br />• FDOT widening project for 1.2 miles of S.R. 426 <br />• Relocation of the City's 10" watermain with a 16" <br />watermain <br />• Additional 12" watermain designed to provide <br />interconnect to another city <br />• 4,000 feet of gravity sewer collection system with <br />sewer lines ranging from 8" to 15" <br />• New master lift station designed to accommodate <br />existing and future flows from the area. <br />• Installed 1,300 feet of 10" forcemain including a 270 <br />foot directional drill <br />Valencia Water Control District <br />• Performs the duties of District Engineer, which includes <br />various projects for the 7- square mile District. <br />• Services performed in connection with master drainage <br />system and related business. <br />Lake Alfred Echo Drainage <br />• Constructed new inlets, storm sewer, and stormwater <br />ponds in order to alleviate Flooding <br />• Design consisting of stormwater modeling and <br />permitting through SWFWMD, Polk County and FDOT <br />• Assisted City with securing CDBG funding <br />
