Leui FIVJU.a u umyuc, 011U ann OPPIuaui wumu uc Mnncu Pet PIuJeu mqunemeuu. <br />Phase I — Initiation <br />• Initial Request — The City provides CPH with a request for professional services for a specific project. <br />• Project Team Assembled — Based upon project requirements, the Project Manager will assemble the <br />appropriate professional disciplines and staff. <br />• Proposar Meeting — The project manager will schedule a Proposal Meeting to meet City staff to <br />review the project scope of work, goals, design criteria and constraints. <br />• Definition of Scope and Notice to Proceed — Based upon the information gathered during the <br />proposal meeting, a defined scope of work and proposal with a time and fee schedule will be <br />prepared. This proposal will be submitted to the City for review, comment, and execution. Work will <br />begin immediately upon a written notice to proceed. <br />Phase II — Analysis and Due Diligence <br />• Collected Data — Review and study the collected drawings and documents supplied by the City and <br />others for incorporation into the design process. <br />• Codes and Standards - Review and study related jurisdictional codes and standards as they pertain <br />to the project classification. <br />• Site Survey — Pursuant to project requirements, obtain boundary and /or topographic survey <br />information and prepare a survey based on State Plane, NAD 83 and vertical coordinates based on <br />NGVD. <br />• Utilities — Obtain utility services information for inclusion on the site survey drawing. <br />• Tree Survey — Obtain tree survey information when required. <br />• Wetlands — Establish and survey jurisdictional wetland boundaries when required. <br />• Soils Analysis — Review and study available soils maps and data. <br />• Hydrology Study — Prepare existing condition hydrology study when required. <br />• Environmental Impact Study - Prepare phase 1 Environmental Impact Study when required. <br />• Space /Needs Analysis — Meet with City staff to determine space /needs requirements for building <br />improvements and prepare a written report for review and comment. <br />• Program Development — Meet with City staff and other interested parties such as user groups, <br />residents, etc. to gather and prioritize project program elements. <br />• Site Analysis Documents — Prepare drawings and /or reports summarizing the investigative findings. <br />• Presentation — The Site Analysis Documents, Space /Needs Analysis and /or Program Development <br />priority list will be submitted and presented to the City of Sunny Isles Beach for review and <br />comment. <br />42 CPH, Inc. /RFQ No. 14 -07 -02 <br />
