She has more than sic years of experience. <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />SR-836 Auxiliary Lane and Interchange Improvements — Miami -Dade Expressway Authority (EAC Consulting, Inc.) <br />Project Designer — The scope of this project is a SEIR study. RJ Behar is responsible for performing the typical section <br />package, variance package, and drainage analyses for a 5 mile section of SR -836. <br />SR-836 Emergency Access Ramp — Miami -Dade Expressway Authority <br />Project Designer responsible for the roadway plans, traffic control plans, drainage analysis, utility coordination, lighting <br />plans, signing and marking plans, structures (retaining walls) and special access gates. The project consists of an <br />emergency ramp that connects the Florida Turnpike on -ramp to the SR 836 WB extension. Project length: 1 mile. <br />Miami River Greenways, Segment D — City of Miami, Florida <br />Designer — The project consists of the reconstruction of an existing roadway segment along the Miami River to produce a <br />scenic, landscaped, pedestrianlbicyce walkwaylgreenway. The project includes the design of a drainage system with <br />wells, decorative lighting and landscapethardscape design. Project length: 1 mile <br />W. 291, Street 311 Safety Review (from Okeechobee Road to W. 4" Avenue) — City of Hialeah, Florida <br />Project Designer for the design and production of roadway, drainage, signing and pavement marking plans. The scope of <br />services consisted of a 3R Safety Review, which included crash data analysis and field observations to provide a report <br />with recommendations to minimize the frequency of accidents. Project length: 1.5 miles <br />Palm Avenue (from West 451, Street to West 49'" Street) City of Hialeah, Florida <br />Project Designer for the design and production of roadway, drainage as well as signing and pavement marking plans. The <br />scope of this project consisted of roadway improvements, milling and resurfacing, drainage, signing and pavement <br />markings and lighting plans on Palm Avenue from West 451, Street to West 471, Street and from West 471, Street to West <br />491, Street in the City of Hialeah. Project length: 0.25 miles. <br />NW 71,191, Avenue Connector (Design) — City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br />Project Designer — The project includes the roadway design of a 1.5 mile urban section, 4 -lane divided, connector <br />between NW 71, and NW 91, Avenues in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The scope of this project includes signalization, <br />drainage design, signing pavement marking and permitting as well as public involvement coordination. <br />SW 328"' Street from SW 152^" Avenue to SW 137"' Avenue — Miami -Dade County Public Works <br />Designer responsible for the preparation of roadway, signing & pavement marking plans and drainage plans. The scope of <br />the project included master planning and feasibility analysis for the new roadway. This project involved the upgrading of <br />the existing traffic signals to mast -arms and internally illuminated signs. The design phase for this project comprised of <br />drainage, lighting, signalization, signing and pavement markings. <br />Hialeah High School Parking Garage - Civil Plans — City of Hialeah, Florida <br />Project Designer for civil site improvements for this parking garage. Her responsibilities included the water, sewer and <br />drainage layout, signing and pavement marking. <br />E.10 Avenue, E. 470' Street, E. 481' Street - Reconstruction — City of Hialeah, Florida <br />Project Designer for the design and production of roadway, drainage as well as signing and pavement marking plans <br />E. 41' Avenue Improvements — City of Hialeah, Florida - LAPIARRA Project <br />Field Services Engineer — Responsible for roadway, signing & pavement marking plans and milling and resurfacing. The <br />project consists of extensive field work in order to locate roadway deficiencies over the project's 21 block span. Milling and <br />resurfacing, ADA improvements, curb, driveway and sidewalk repairs, utility locations, and signing and pavement marking <br />repairs were some of the aspects documented for this project.
