She has passed her Engineer Intern exam and <br />is currently waiting for her certification. At R.J. Behar & Company, Inc., she is currently preparing plans in <br />Microstation and AutoCad. She is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher. <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />SR-836 Widening - MDX 83628, Miami -Dade — Miami -Dade Express Authority <br />Project Engineer — She is assisting with the drainage analysis and permitting. The scope of this project is a SEIR <br />study. RJ Behar is responsible for performing the typical section package, variance package, and drainage <br />analyses for a 5 mile section of SR -836. <br />US -1 Lateral Ditch Restoration, Indian River County — FDOT District 4 <br />Project Engineer — Her responsibilities include the preparation of the plans for the rehabilitation of twelve (12) <br />outfall ditches in Indian River County. The ditches provide runoff discharge for US -1 and adjacent areas. The <br />purpose of this project is to analyze the existing drainage conditions, and re -establish or improvement of the <br />original design section for each ditch with the goal of restoring adequate drainage along US -1. <br />SR- 976 1SW 40th Street at SW 97 Avenue, Task Work Order # 5 Crash Analysis — FDOT District 6 <br />Data Collection Technician - She performed traffic counts during peak intervals of the day. RJ Behar & Company, <br />Inc. was contracted to perform an Intersection Safety and Operational Analysis Study to consider intersection <br />geometry, channelization, signal timing and phasing, AM and PM peak hour period traffic projects, and review the <br />recent crash data reports. The study will recommend cost feasible improvement alternatives and address the traffic <br />safety concerns. <br />Milling, Resurfacing and Overlay Exhibits — City of Doral <br />Project Engineer — She is responsible for preparing the roadway plans including field visits, preparation of milling <br />and resurfacing recommendations, signing and pavement markings, utility coordination, and quantity estimations. <br />The scope of this project included field reviews and recommendations for several segments of local roads under <br />the City of Doral's Capital Improvement Project Resurfacing Program. <br />1.75 Express Lanes Segment D from South of Sheridan Street to North of Griffin Road, Broward County, <br />Florida — FDOT District 4 Design/Build Project <br />Project Engineer — She prepared quantity estimations for this design -build proposal. <br />1.75 Express Lanes Segment C from South of Miramar Parkway to South of Sheridan Street, Broward <br />County, Florida — FDOT District 4 Design/Build Project <br />Project Engineer — Her responsibilities included obtaining quantity estimations for this design -build proposal. <br />% R.J.Behar <br />RFQ No. 14-07-021 Page 13.44 <br />
