He is also experienced in municipal land development (commercial and residential) and roadway projects using <br />CALTRANS and FOOT standards. At RJ Behar, Mr. Segura produces complete design of construction plans on all types of <br />civil engineering projects. <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />SR- 5/US -1 /Overseas Highway from Fontaine Drive to S. of Tavernier Creek Bridge, Monroe County, Florida — FDOT, <br />District 6 <br />CAD Designer: The scope of services includes milling and resurfacing (Roadway plans) and (Typical Sections), and signing <br />and pavement markings plans. ADA and pedestrian features upgrades. Additionally the Typical Section was modified to <br />accommodate bicycle lanes without widening. The plans were done and in compliance with FOOT cad standards. Project <br />length 0.08 miles. <br />Design/Build for 1.595 Final Design, Broward County, Florida — FDOT, District 4 (AECOMIDragados) <br />CAD Operator— He is updating sediment structure details for Arrowhead and Pine Island Outfalls; including updating plans, <br />cross- sections and drainage Maps for Zone 4 and Zone 6. Project length: 10.5 miles. <br />Congress Avenue and Park Avenue Intersection Improvement — Palm Beach County, Florida <br />CAD Operator — He is responsible for preparing roadway plans for this intersection improvement in Palm Beach County. <br />Project length: 937 ft. <br />Design/Build for the Reconstruction of SE 3b Street, Belle Glade, Florida — FDOT District 4 <br />CAD Operator — This is a road reconstruction project (0.03 mile) in West Palm Beach County. He was involved in the <br />preparation of plans, including roadway, drainage, lighting and pavement markings. He also prepared the plans and profiles <br />for a new 8' water main and 8' PVC sewer line. These plans were used for quantity take outs for final construction cost. <br />Project length: 0.03 mile <br />NW 7r"/9r" Avenue Connector (Design) — City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br />CAD Designer — The scope includes design of a 1.5 mile urban section, 4 -lane divided, connector between NW 79, and NW <br />9" Avenues in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The scope of this project includes signalization, drainage design, signing and <br />pavement marking and permitting. The project also includes public involvement coordination. Project length: 1.5 miles <br />Eller Drive Overpass ICTF (US -1 to McIntosh Road) Fort Lauderdale, Florida — FDOT, District 4 <br />CAD Operator for the new $68 million Eller Drive ICTF Overpass Interchange with bridge improvements for the FOOT, <br />District 4. This roadway is vital to Broward County and is part of the Strategic Intermodal System (SIS) connecting 1 -595 to <br />Port Everglades. The roadway also provides a direct connection to the Port from Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood International <br />Airport. <br />SR-84, Collier County, Florida — FDOT, District 1 <br />CAD Operator for the milling and resurfacing of 4 miles of an urban roadway section. The scope of services included <br />development of typical sections, pavement design, 3R report, community awareness, roadway plans, Computation books, <br />LRE and Tran'port. <br />MIC -MIA Connector - Automated People Mover Miami Intermodal Center (MIC) — Miami -Dade County, Florida <br />CAD Operator on the design and construction administration of a new ($200M) Automated People Mover (APM) System <br />Connecting the Florida Department of Transportation's new MIC facility (which will serve as a major transportation hub for <br />highway, mass transit and rail systems) to Miami International Airport's landside terminal pedestrian bridges and parking <br />garage structures. <br />QR.J.Behar <br />RFQ No. 14 -07 -021 Page 13.48 <br />
